Mission

Preparing specialized and distinguished scientific cadres in scientific research and graduating qualified competencies in mathematics and its applications to meet the labor market and community service needs.


Objectives

  1. Continuous development of faculty members academically, administratively, and in research.
  2. Encouraging scientific research among faculty members and students in the department.
  3. Providing academic programs that match the labor market, future jobs, and the directions of Vision 2030.
  4. Presenting curricula using effective teaching and learning strategies.
  5. Supporting distinguished students scientifically.
  6. Paying attention to the graduates' attributes in the four areas: specialization - related to the labor market - personality traits - twenty-first-century skills.
  7. Continuing to activate the community partnership.
